The SEND Academy creativity resources are designed to create time and space for children and young people to gain a sense of freedom, to express, reduce stress, channel their energy into something positive, and develop their creative skills. We focus on a range of creative outlets promoting the importance of passion-based learning and finding a child’s niche, while also supporting emotional well-being.

We know that many neurodiverse children and young people have outstanding creative talents, and creativity is often overlooked in the learning environment. We aim to provide creative ideas to encourage passion-based learning, knowing that if a child finds their niche they can excel and reach their full potential.
