Our multi award winning, high quality resources have been evaluated and accredited in schools across the North West. During an 8 week programme, we evaluated how the children were feeling at the beginning and end, focusing on 7 areas of emotional well-being. With outstanding results, the evaluation was collected from a school in Liverpool, which included 29 boys and girls, from year 5. In just 8 sessions the children’s emotional well-being had improved, particularly in the self-confidence area. The results showed that in all 7 areas, the percentage had risen, demonstrating the importance of how our resources make a positive impact

‘We have implemented resources and strategies into our school curriculum. Our children are all different and learn in their own way. Some of the children are blind, so explore using their senses, and are now able to explain how they are feeling. I am so pleased to be able to access all the resources for the classroom’

(Designated Mindfulness Practitoner, Liverpool Royal School for the Blind, ).

‘The impact on our students has been incredible. The techniques have helped improve focus, reduce stress, and create a calmer classroom environment. Many children have said they feel they have more control over their emotions, and better equipped to deal with every day challenges. The teachings are invaluable, and the benefits for young minds are clear to see’
